Cette année, le B-17 Qualified Quail est repartie en vol suis la forme d'un livre. Cette magnifique Pinup qui a protégé tant d'équipages de juin 1944 à janvier 1945 raconte son histoire et l'épreuve de ces hommes au courage exceptionnel qui nous ont apporté la paix. La paix la plus longue connue de toute l'histoire de l'Europe de l'ouest.
C'est une belle histoire à découvrir et à offrir pour les fêtes de fin d'année 2015, 70ème anniversaire de son dernier vol.
Le récit existe aussi en anglais.

This year, B-17 Qualified Quail has flown again, in the shape of a book. This beautiful pinup protected her crews from June 1944 to January 1945 and tells her story and the ordeal of her exceptionally courageous men who gave us a gift of peace. The longest lasting peace western Europe has ever known.
It is a beautiful story to be discovered or given as a gift for Christmas of 2015, the 70th aniversary of her last flight.
The book also exists in French.
